Senior Software Engineer
Contributed to all phases of the software development
life cycle (SDLC) for a wide variety of internal R&D
projects and client engagements, providing expertise
spanning design, coding, and unit testing as well as
customer requirements gathering, system integration
testing, and user acceptance testing. Managed
assignments encompassing multiple concurrent
projects, collaborating across teams to ensure the
ongoing achievement of project goals.

Consolsys Reporting Services R&D Project:
* Collaborated directly with the CTO as lead R&D
engineer in conceiving and developing 2 new product
solutions.
* Delivered dramatic reductions in development time
with a custom RDLC control enabling generation of
dynamic RDLC reports supporting user entry
parameters.
* Achieved a major innovation to user-level report
filtering within the banking domain by designing a
Reporting Services library allowing both automated
report filtering based on established parameters in

client’s existing system with a continuous focus on

procedures following extensive research into end user
and product owner issues.

Consolsys Software Distribution System (CSDS) &
MetroBank Philippines Client:
* Significantly improved this system’s usability by
implementing user-friendly and wizard-based user
interfaces for the intelligent distribution of
software patches to client computers across LANs and
WANs.
* Ensured long-term product expandability by
employing object-oriented concepts in migrating this
existing Visual Basic application to a .Net
framework.

* Direct interaction with clients such as Maybank
Singapore, Maybank Malaysia, Alliance Bank Malaysia,
and RHB Bank Malaysia to design and implement
customized solutions.
* Led small development teams in strategizing,
designing, and deploying .Net reporting, SQL Server

solutions within the Business Performance Analysis
System (BPAS) product for several clients.
